Access

The property is accessed by a public roadway off of Highway 13 on the south side of the Lake and is easily accessible to the major cities of Edmonton and Calgary. The property is approximately 102 kilometers southwest of Edmonton, approximately an hour drive via Highways 2 and 13 and only a 45-minute drive to Edmonton’s International Airport, which is located south of the City in Leduc. Calgary, with a population of over one million, is the largest city in Alberta and is located approximately 265 kilometers directly south of Battle Lake, an approximate 2.5-hour drive via Highways 2 and 13. 

While a private boat launch could easily be developed on the property, a public boat launch is available at the County of Wetaskiwin Campground, located on the north shore of the lake at the east end.
