Development Potential

The Boat Harbour Lands currently have a Preliminary Layout Approval (PLA) for 6 lots.  The majority of the requirements for subdivision have been completed with a limited amount of work remaining.  Costs to complete the subdivision are estimated at less than $500,000, the bulk of which is for roadwork upgrades/extensions.  

The survey plan on the following page outlines the layout of the development and shows a proposed 8 lots.  The subject property was to be developed into 6 single-family lots, and a park dedication.  A neighbouring single-family residence shown as Lot 1 on the survey plan formed part of the subdivision application. The ownership of this adjacent lot remains affiliated to the ownership of the subject lands.  Lot 8 as shown on the plan was for the park dedication.
