Offering Overview

The Corbett Lake Country Inn has been owned and operated by John Keay and Peter McVey for over 35 years.  Their company, Corbett Lake Country Inn Ltd., is the legal owner of the lands.  Ownership in the property will be provided through the offering of 21 shares in the company which will grant the shareholder the exclusive use of either a ½ acre building site or one of the nine existing cabins (each on a separately surveyed land parcel), in addition to use of the common facilities, including the Lodge.  There are currently eight existing cabins; however one of these cabins is a duplex unit providing for a total of nine units.

 

The 21 shareholders in the Company will own the property and all the improvements through a Co-Ownership Agreement, a copy of which is included in the Disclosure Statement. The Disclosure Statement is available upon request and should be reviewed by prospective purchasers. Owners will have the option to rent their units through an on-site rental program.
