Property Overview

LOT INFORMATION

The Duffin Cove Resort consists of three titles, situated on Campbell Street one block from the Tofino town core. Two titles, Lot A and Lot 2, are on the south side of Campbell Street and contain all the improvements of the Duffin Cove Resort. 

Lot A, at roughly 0.58 acres, (25,265 square feet) features 200 lineal feet of water frontage, approximately half of which is within the cove. Lot 2 is not waterfront and is approximately 0.25 (10,890 square feet) acres in size. Together, these titles are improved with five buildings, providing for 13 rentable units, the resort office and managers suite, and ancillary facilities. 

Located directly across Campbell Street, Lot 1 is vacant and consists of approximately 0.425 acres (18,500 square feet) with 100 lineal feet of cove water frontage.
