The Jacob Creek Group of properties is situated immediately to the east of Jordan River, in close proximity to French Beach Provincial Park. Consisting of 8 legal titles and 942 acres, this group contains a significant amount of timber, estimated at a net volume of 152,000 cubic meters.  

Similar to a portion of the Jordan River Lands, a 1-chain strip of land (66 feet) that is Crown-owned separates the waterfront portion of JC1 from the physical ‘waterfront’ (high water mark). Considering that this strip of land is Crown owned and will likely never be built on or adversely affected, it does not deteriorate from these properties ‘waterfront’ location. The West Coast Highway traverses the waterfront in this area, with most of the Jacob Creek Group lying to the north of the Highway and approximately 20 acres of JC1 lying between the Highway and the waterfront. The Highway provides direct access to JC1, JC2 and JC6, while a road easement provides access to JC7.

Situated just to the northwest of French Beach, these properties are adjacent to existing waterfront developments, in addition to large lot residential development off of the West Coast Highway. As with most of the Western properties on the Southern Island, the Jacob Creek Group properties have incredible views, extensive timber volumes and excellent access.
