storey log cabin, “The Legacy” consisting of 2,038 square feet. The lodge is
fully wired and has geo thermal heating/cooling, hot water, full plumbing, and
a 10’x24’ deck. There are four bedrooms and a kitchen with high quality
finishings. The cabin is considered to be approximately 85% complete;

half storey log cabin, “The Thynne” consisting of 2,392 square feet. The lodge
is fully wired and has geo thermal heating/cooling, hot water, full plumbing,
and a 10’x40’ deck. There are two bedrooms and a kitchen with high quality
finishings. The cabin is considered to be approximately 90% complete;

A 10-year old one
and a half storey wood-frame cabin, consisting of 1,134 square feet, presently
used as an administration office. The cabin includes an 8.5 foot enclosed
porch, a kitchen are, and an upper area that has been converted to office
space;

A 12 x 24 Park
Model trailer;

laundry facility;

A water system
building;
·
A sewage
treatment plant;

Viewing

An 8 stall barn,
