Bisected by Highway 99, the property actually consists of two separate courses that are operated essentially as a single business. Referred to as the No. 5 Road and the Sidaway Courses, the owners have decided to divest of the Sidaway Road course and focus their attention on the remaining No.5 Road operation.
The Sidaway Road course is situated on approximately 37 acres and is easily accessible from the Steveston Highway interchange. Configured as an executive 18-hole, Par 57 course, it offers 3,006 yards of play, a pro-shop, and a full dining facilities with a liquor primary license.
