Offering Process
Colliers International has been retained by Western as its exclusive agent and advisor to seek offers to purchase the properties within the Portfolio. The information relating to the physical and geographic characteristics of the properties is provided for initial consideration and discussion purposes only. The information contained within this website is not to be construed as an offer to sell the Portfolio and is provided to prospective purchasers for the sole purpose of assisting them in determining whether to submit a purchase proposal for one or more of the titles contained within the Portfolio.
Prospective purchasers are invited to submit offers to purchase through Colliers for consideration by Western. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to submit offers in the form of Western’s purchase and sale agreement, a copy of which will be provided upon request.
*Although Western Forest Products is offering these properties on an individual basis, offers on multiple properties will be considered.
Offers will be considered on or after Monday March 8, 2010.
