Property Overview

The Wyndansea Oceanfront Resort consists of 360 acres on the Ucluth Peninsula on the west coast of Vancouver Island.  The property straddles Peninsula Road and has water frontage on both the Pacific and the Inlet sides creating two distinct sections of the property.  

PACIFIC SIDE

The Pacific side of the property consists of approximately 142 acres.  This property is comprised of 5 titles and includes the Signature Circle (title #7), an existing strata subdivision of 30 waterfront and non-waterfront lots.  The Signature Circle has been serviced.  

Eight of the 18 holes of the golf course are planned for this portion of the property, with a significant amount of the course work already completed.  An additional 40 strata lots, 140 multi-family units, and the Resort’s planned flagship hotel were also planned for this portion of the Wyndansea lands. All of the off-sites and a substantial level of on-site requirements have been completed. 


INLET SIDE

The Inlet side of the Resort consists of 218 acres and two titles.  This property has not had any development work commence and is largely untouched, retaining its original first growth timber.  This section of the development was intended to provide for 10 holes of the course and a large marina.  

The balance of the development, with the exception of a small hotel, was to be single family oriented.  The Inlet side contains significantly more waterfront than the Pacific side and provides a great opportunity for waterfront lot development in addition to the marina, given the protected nature of the Inlet.
